You trust us with sensitive financial and technical documents. Here’s how we handle them — in plain language, not legalese.
What we collect
Your contact details (name, email, phone, company), any documents you choose to send us for a free review (past SR&ED claims, financial statements, technical notes), and basic site-usage data.
Why we collect it
Only to assess your SR&ED eligibility, prepare your claim, and communicate with you. We never sell your data, and we never send third-party marketing.
How we protect it
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to Amin and the technical team assigned to your file. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is offered up front for every free past-claim review.
Retention & deletion
If we don’t go on to work together, documents you submitted for a review are deleted on request, or within 12 months of our last contact at the latest.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you can access, correct, or ask us to delete your information at any time. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
