The contract is one page. No win, no fee — pure contingency.

No claim is too small. Most clients grow with us — and as they do, we introduce a sliding-scale fee structure.

Before you ask

Do I need to be profitable?

No. SR&ED credits are refundable for CCPCs — you can receive a cheque even with no taxable income. You don’t need sales, and you don’t need a PhD.

What if the project failed?

Failed experiments qualify. The test is whether the outcome was uncertain when you started — not whether it worked.

I’m already claiming. Why switch?

You might not need to. Start with the free past-claim review. If your current preparer is doing well, we’ll tell you. If they’re leaving money on the table, we’ll show you where.

How much of my time does this take?

Roughly one hour for the discovery call, and a few hours of interviews during scoping. We do the writing, the financials, and the filing.

What does the contract look like?

One page. No win, no fee — pure contingency, so nothing is owed unless we recover. For mid-market accounts we have a slightly longer version that adds SLA and confidentiality terms without changing the commercial terms.
